RETURNS ON VINTAGE ITEMS ~ All Sales on Vintage items are final, we try our best to give as much details on all items as possible due to this all sales are final unless noted otherwise on item's page.
RETURN ON BOUTIQUE ITEMS ~ We offer store credit on some items as we try our best to present items accurately with detailed information on condition, measurements and estimates on modern sizing. Items must be shipped back within 3 business days of delivery. Items must be in original condition, unwashed, unworn. Store credit will be refunded for the purchase price only, please note that shipping charges are nonrefundable.
Returns must be shipping with tracking, within three days of initial delivery. You will receive a credit code for the purchase price will be issued when the above conditions are met. When redeeming the code, use as you would any other promo code to cover all or part of your exchange order.

You (the customer) will be liable for any taxes and duty (e.g. VAT, custom duty, etc.) that apply to your purchase. In some rare cases additional charges such as a service, agency, or brokerage fees associated with your deliveries that are charged by local agents. - Postal First Class Mail International: Delivery within 7-21 days business days on average. This is not time guaranteed delivery. Tracking information is available through www.usps.com. Tracking number will be sent to your e-mail address upon your request via e-mail address at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Customers outside the US and its territories are responsible to find out about restrictions & prohibitions of your own country about certain items or ingredients. Because each country has different restrictions & prohibitions about import, we just send your order under your responsibility.
- Also, customers outside the US and its territories are responsible for customs & duties if any apply.
3. Claim or Delay of Orders
Before emailing us, please double check your shipping address.
Once we ship out the package, the speed of delivery totally depends on the US Postal Service and other Carriers in each country.
-Postal First Class International Mail : If you do not receive your order after shipment 7 - 21 days, email us for investigation. USPS will initiate the investigation after 37 days of shipment.
-It will take 12-16 weeks to have the investigating result Postal Priority Mail International (6-10 days delivery) from US Postal Office. We will refund you in full after 16 weeks of investigation filing if we do not hear from US Postal Office at least. Or we will refund you right after investigation result from US Postal Office

*** If a package weighs over 50 pounds (22.7 kg) for Postal Priority Mail International (6-10 days delivery) and TNT Express shipping rate will be recalculated after the order and will send new rate for confirmation. However, UPS Worldwide Expedited & TNT Express will calculate automatically the rate for any shipping weight.
***If a shipping address is found to be incorrect, the customer will be charged an additional shipping correction fee.
***You are responsible for charges incurred by the refusal or return of package by providing wrong address. The charges are comprised of sending and returning shipping fees, taxes and duties, and carrier's processing fees.
